Highland Toys came about when we had our first child and started looking for some quality wooden toys and traditional items such as a rocking horse for our son.  We found it very hard to find good quality toys at a reasonable price.

Thus Highland Toys was born.  Our aim is to provide you with the best quality wooden toys available at a reasonable price - specialising in handcrafted, Australian made products.  We do offer some toys that are produced overseas but only where they are of excellent quality and we haven't been able to source an alternative here.

In order to keep down our costs and pass the savings on to our customers, we do not have a retail store - we sell direct through our web site, via catalogues to day care centres and playgroups (including fundraising options) and at various markets and fairs throughout Sydney and surrounding regional centres.
