Payment

Highland Toys offers a range of payment options including credit card, direct deposit and bank cheque.  Once you place an order we will contact you to organise payment and delivery.  Payment must be received before the order will be delivered.

Delivery

Delivery costs and timeframes are dependent on your order and location. Due to the number of variables involved we will confirm the delivery charge when we contact you to finalise your order.

Returns

Your satisfaction is important to Highland Toys. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or it arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within three (3) working days of delivery and we will refund your money. 

This guarantee does not cover damage to the product through customer misuse, modifications or accidental damage.
